“Incorrect license key” error

  • Double-check that you’ve copied the full license key from your purchase confirmation email
  • Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after the key
  • Ensure you’re using the correct email address associated with your purchase

Activation not completing

  • Check your internet connection – activation requires a brief online check
  • Try quitting and restarting ButterKit
  • If you’re behind a corporate firewall or VPN, try temporarily disabling it
